Trout fishing in a state that is replete with rivers and streams that adorn the state's landscape can be hard to know where to start. There are so many places in Kentucky where you can see and fish, and some places are especially popular, but what I have seen is far too many different types of fish for my liking.

Strippers are probably best known for their abundance of fish in this part of the state. There are many different types of strippers available here in Kentucky for fishing, probably small, medium, large or large.
One of the best places to catch trophy bass in spring is Cedar Creek, Kincaid and Guist Creek Lakes in central Kentucky. There is one of the best fishing lakes in TN, located on the Tennessee River and its tributaries, Lake Tennessee. The Volunteer Statea is best fished for perch, whale and other fish species, especially the large and small perch.
Laurel River Lake is over 6,000 acres and is located on the Laurel River, a tributary of the Tennessee River in central Kentucky. Dale Hollow Lake, located in Kentucky and Tennessee, is a great place for fishing and fishing in spring and summer, as well as summer.
