I had bought a vehicle here after seeing it advertised in my Sunday paper at a specific price. I went to Open Road to buy this particular vehicle and the price they gave me was much higher than it was advertised. I showed them the advertisement and they matched the price. They told me there was a typographical error, but they still matched the price. They didn't give me a hard time. Once the paperwork was signed... I was out of there in about an hour. I have bought vehicles from other places and have literally spent all afternoon there waiting for paperwork, financing, etc.
THe only bad thing is, this place is busy on weekends so be prepared to wait your turn.
Hard to find and service is not that great Reviewed by HelloMetro User on

This is located off of a busy highway so accessibility is dangerous. The service here is mediocre in that there aren't as many workers as there are customers. Expect to be a middle class citizen here, no special treatments.

I went in with a price in mind, and they met it, and I got all the options I wanted. The deal went quickly and I didn't have to sit around and wait for them to do the paperwork. It was done fast. Other times Ive gotten cars I waited around for financing and such, but this ran smoothly. I was free to test drive a car that I knew was out of my reach, but he let me drive it knowing I wouldn't even consider buying it at this stage in my life. They were friendly, not pushy, and helpful. I'd go back there again!
