made an appointment...they didn't show up. No call to let me know, no apology from them. I live alone so had to take the day off to be there when they came. They obviously think its still the roaring 20's. What a bunch of CRETINS. if they cant keep an appointment, how can they do ANYTHING right???????????????????????????

they scheduled my appointment at a convenient time. they came when they were supposed to. they did the cleaning and inspection and explained the results to me. My only comment is that some companies sprinkle some grass seed over the area where they dig. RR does not.

I hired Russell Reid. The job was actually $100 more than quoted. When I complained, they agreed to refund me $62. My check to them cleared on 3/17 and I am still waiting for the refund. As far as the job, the service they provided was fine.
